Coaching

Coaching is popular for a reason.  It's a respectful, effective way to help people think things through and decide what to do.  In today's busy world, that's something rare and precious!

Coaching is particularly effective when it's combined with an intervention designed to help people see things, and themselves, in a new way - like psychometric feedback or a 360.

We use a range of different coaching techniques, including,

  • the traditional "Grow" model first proposed by Sir John Whitmore: "Goal, Reality, Options, Will-do".

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-based coaching, which helps people examine their thoughts and their impact.

  • Positive psychology coaching - often known as "strengths-based" coaching.

  • Mentoring - a solution will sometimes be suggested for discussion.
